Here’s an excellent looking example of Volvo’s legendary V70 R wagon. It looks great in its original Sonic Blue factory paint, and its turbocharged inline 5 puts out a whopping 300 hp (a lot for the time). These were offered with a 6-speed manual gearbox, but the automatic fitted here is perfectly acceptable since it helps to keep the engine on boost.
The miles at 137k are pretty low for a Volvo. Just make sure that maintenance has been kept up to date – especially considering that the asking price of $10,900 is a little on the high side. If it checks out though, that’s a hell of a lot of Volvo for the money.
